Liz Hurley's model nephew, who survived a horror road rage knife attack, was caught drink driving by police who spotted him tailgating cars in his £41,000 BMW, a court heard.
Miles Hurley, 27, was speeding up and slowing down in a 20mph zone in south London after enjoying drinks with football team.
The six-foot tall son of Liz's older sister Kate Curren has previously strutted at the Dolce & Gabbana catwalk and was more recently pictured alongside his cousin Damian Hurley at the luxury Italian brand's DG Logo Bag cocktail party launch.
Hurley, of Hampton House, Ascalon Street, Nine Elms appeared at Croydon Magistrates' Court on Friday under his mother's married name of Curran.
He pleaded guilty to driving his grey BMW Gran Coupe SE with excess alcohol in his breath in Lambeth on April 14. Hurley had 45 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35.

Prosecutor Sophie Thompson told the court: 'It was around midnight when officers' attention was too drawn to a vehicle because the car was speeding up and slowing down and was very close to other vehicles.
'The driver was pulled over and alcohol was smelled on the breath of this defendant and he failed a roadside breath test for alcohol and was arrested and taken into custody.
'An aggravating factor is that there was an unacceptable standard of driving in that he was speeding and tailgating other vehicles. The officers said he was driving at an excess speed.'
Hurley's lawyer Mark Haslam, however, took issue with the prosecution arguing his client had been travelling at an excessive speed.
'This took place just after midnight when there was not much traffic around in a 20mph zone so because of the nature of the road it is not possible for the defendant to have been travelling at a vastly excessive speed,' Mr Haslam said.
'The officer simply says 'at some speed' without offering an estimate. It is not quite the picture that has been painted.
'The defendant accepts he should not have been driving, but when asked to stop he did so immediately and was fully co-operative with the police from the beginning.'
Hurley's lawyer said he was 'of good character' and had been playing a football match before heading for 'some drinks' and a meal.
Hurley was fined £750, with £85 costs, ordered to pay a £300 victim surcharge and disqualified for twelve months
The model shares a close relationship with his aunt and was previously pictured with her at The Royals New York season premier in 2015, where Liz played an imaginary Queen of England

'He did not drink for a while and then took the decision to go home, which he accepts was a misjudged decision to drive, although it was a relatively short journey,' his lawyer added.
'You will see a true assessment of the character of this young man in the references, his positive good character.'
The court heard Hurley earns £750 per week from his employment with an estate agent and a property-related business he started with friends.
'He will not lose his job, but there will be a very significant impact everyday on his working life,' the lawyer said. 'Each day he will be restricted from what he was able to do.
'He is going to suffer financially because of the restriction of the disqualification. His income will be reduced as he will not be able to work to his full ability.'
Hurley was fined £750, with £85 costs, ordered to pay a £300 victim surcharge and disqualified for twelve months.
'It is very disappointing to see you here, the first time you have been in court and hopefully the last,' magistrate Stephen Roberts told him. 'This was a stupid mistake. An expensive mistake.'

He still resides in the same Nile Elms neighbourhood where he was stabbed in 2018, losing six pints of blood during a road rage attack for which nobody has been prosecuted.
Hurley had been stabbed in the back in a random attack by a stranger in south west London on March 8 that year.
He lost four pints of blood in the attack which saw his famous aunt cut short a trip from the US to rush home and be with him.
Detectives later claimed there was not enough quality DNA evidence from the street where he was attacked to build a full profile of a suspect, leaving Liz 'annoyed but not surprised' at the police's decision.
'The family were warned the DNA was not of sufficient quality to get a full profile. Liz's concern was that these scumbags who tried to murder Miles are still out there, and will strike again,' an insider told the Sun at the time.
'Miles has spent a lot of time recovering and still has nightmares — so to be told there is nothing police can do is upsetting for everyone.'
In the aftermath of the attack Liz had given her support to the police and hospital staff for looking after her nephew.
'My 21-year-old nephew was repeatedly stabbed in a brutal attack in London,' she tweeted.
'The police and hospital are being fantastic. Thank you for all your messages. It is an appalling time for him and our family.'
'He lost more than four pints of blood,' she added. 'A policeman was patrolling close by and administered first aid until the ambulance arrived.
'The deepest wound just missed severing his spine. By some miracle, no vital organs were damaged. We are praying that these animals are caught before they maim, or even kill, someone else. These are sad days.'
